The Resource Hub should be actively maintained so that it remains current, useful and credible.

The main Resource Library should include review and maintenance fields such as:

Suggested review frequency

Government guidelines and policy: Every 6 months or when updates are announced.

Scope, ethics and professional standards: Every 6–12 months.

Research articles and evidence summaries: Annually, unless there is a major update or new evidence.

Tools, templates and client resources: Annually or when member feedback suggests changes.

Business and technology resources: Every 6–12 months, as platforms, tools and requirements may change.

Links and websites: Quarterly broken-link check where possible.

Resources should be updated, replaced or archived if they become outdated, inaccessible, no longer relevant or outside scope.
